Japan Shinkansen is an independent online train ticket reservation service. We help customers search routes, submit reservation requests, pay online, and receive ticket details or pickup instructions by email. We are independent from railway operators and government bodies.

Order Information

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, contact information, route, date, train, seat, and luggage details. Incorrect information may prevent ticket issuance or boarding.

Prices and Fees

The checkout page shows the order total before payment. The total may include ticket costs, service fees, payment-related fees, or other order-specific fees shown before payment.

Ticket Issuance and Delivery

After payment and order review, we process the reservation. Depending on route, ticket type, and railway rules, customers may receive QR ticket details, pickup instructions, confirmation email, or other boarding guidance.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Changes and refunds are governed by the ticket status, railway rules, supplier conditions, and our Refund and Rescheduling Policy. Some fees may be non-refundable once incurred.

Limitation of Service

Railway operations, schedules, station procedures, delays, and onboard transport services are controlled by railway operators. We provide reservation support and order assistance but do not control train operations.
